Jr’s Wash Club program membership allows one car wash per day, every day, in each month the membership is renewed and use of free vacuums.
Jr’s Express Car wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program or its fees from time to time as it feels necessary. Membership can be cancelled at any time. There will be no refunds or credits for partial time periods. The membership allows you to wash once a day.
Only the car listed on the signup sheet is eligible for the Jr’s Wash Club wash program, and must keep Jr’s RFID tag attached to the vehicle.
If RFID tag is damaged, it should be reported to Jr’s Express Car Wash promptly. Any attempt to remove RFID tag will destroy the tag, and keep it from operating appropriately. Members will be charged for a replacement tag.
Jr’s Car Wash prohibits the tampering of membership stickers by any patron. Vehicles are prohibited from removing any membership sticker and placing it on another vehicle. Tampering is considered, but not limited to: removing, replacing, altering, bypassing a membership sticker on each vehicle. Alternatively, if we have any reason to believe that tampering was done purposely/intentionally, Jr’s Express Car Wash has the right to refuse vehicle for a car wash, and suspend memberships/future washes.
Tampering with, or abusing membership stickers will result in monetary penalties and will be reported to authorities. Jr’s Car Wash has the right to request monetary damages in the amount, but not limited to, $1000 along with legal fees.
By signing up for Jr’s Wash Club, each member agrees to release liability from Jr’s Express Car Wash based on the damage warning sign posted outside the car wash tunnel detailing items that the car wash will not be responsible for should damage occur.
Jr’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to close the car wash during severe or inclement weather conditions. (Usually during extreme cold temperature or during heavy rain and or snow)
Jr’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to shut down temporarily for necessary and preventative maintenance, during normal operating hours.
By signing up for Jr’s Wash Club, you agree to provide Jr’s Express Car Wash with correct information regarding vehicle and payment information.
Jr’s Wash Club may or may not be available for all fleet vehicles, limousines, or any vehicle unable to fit within Jr’s Express Car Wash equipment clearances.
By enrolling in Jr’s Unlimited Wash Club program, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged $17.99 for Basic Plus Club, $24.99 for Premium Club, $31.99 for Shine and Protect Club, & $39.99 for Shine, Protect & Ceramic Club per month. You may qualify for a multiple vehicle discount for 2nd ($5 off 1st vehicle) and 3rd ($3 off 2nd vehicle) vehicles, however the credit card and billing address must be the same to qualify. This is limited to 4 vehicles on one account and no additional discount for the 4th vehicle. With the discounted plans, the highest cost package, will always be the first car and the discount will apply to the lesser valued wash. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card changes whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. Renewal date each month will be the date you signed up. If you sign up on the 31st then you will be charged a day before, or after, for months that do not have 31st.
Members may upgrade to a different wash and pay the difference at that time.
May not be combined with any other discounts. Members should notify Jr’s Express Car wash if there is a change in vehicle ownership.
